1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of FAFO ARMS LLC, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

FAFO ARMS LLC provides the following services:

• Professional gunsmithing services including repair, maintenance, and custom modifications
• Custom laser engraving on firearms, magazines, and accessories
• Precision porting services for slides and barrels
• FFL transfer services in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Cerakoting services (coming soon)

3. Legal Compliance

All customers must comply with federal, state, and local firearms laws. By using our services, you certify that:

• You are legally allowed to own and possess firearms in your jurisdiction
• You will not use our services for any illegal purpose
• You will provide truthful information on all required forms
• You understand that FFL transfers require proper identification and background checks

4. Payment and Pricing

All pricing is subject to change. Current FFL transfer fee is $15 per transfer. Custom work pricing will be provided via quote. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5. Warranty and Liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. However, FAFO ARMS LLC is not responsible for damage to firearms that are not properly maintained after service, used improperly, or modified by other parties. All gunsmithing work is performed with care and expertise, but we are not liable for manufacturing defects in parts or materials.

6. Cancellation Policy

Consultations can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Custom work that has already begun may be subject to partial payment for work completed.

7. Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring all firearms are unloaded before bringing them to our shop. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety protocols are not followed.

8. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, and custom engravings created by FAFO ARMS LLC remain the intellectual property of the business unless explicitly transferred to the customer.

9. Changes to Terms

FAFO ARMS LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
